When a scanned item at store is not found, the user will be given an option to search for the product again by name or to create a temporary item to finish the sales process. The temporary items will need to be cleared in the Backoffice of XStreamPOS.
The temporary item is either converted to a regular new item or associated to an existing item where the Temporary Item code is added as an alias code of the regular item into which it is being merged.
